SDV INTERNATIONAL key processes are designed to meet our customers’ requirements and align to the regulatory environment within which we operate. Our processes are consistent with SDV INTERNATIONAL contextual environment and they support the delivery of our services. In addition, their interaction is fully integrated in our quality management system.

  • Inputs and outputs –The inputs for our QMS are customer requirements that are expressed in procurement documentation and that are further refined once SDV INTERNATIONAL starts active support. Our organizational context frames the delivery of our products and services and the perspectives of interested parties are also taken into consideration. The primary output of the QMS are fully realized customer requirements and the consequent customer satisfaction based on the delivery of effective products and services.

  • Plan, Do, Check, Act model – SDV INTERNATIONAL follows the PDCA iterative approach and employ recognized monitoring and controlling techniques to detect and correct quality issues as soon as they arise.

  • Risk and opportunity – We assess and manage risk throughout the PDCA cycle and execute the planned response if a risk becomes an issue. We seize opportunities that present themselves based on the characteristics of customer requirements and aspects of our contextual environment and/or interested parties that may improve quality and customer satisfaction.

  • Resources, responsibilities and authorities – SDV INTERNATIONAL ensures that required resources are available to sustain our QMS and achieve customer satisfaction. We maintain a clear line of sight between the roles and responsibilities of management and professional staff in executing the processes that comprise the QMS.

  • Evaluate, improve and document – Based on planned evaluation, SDV INTERNATIONAL may encounter nonconformity of a product, service and/or a process. In these cases, we apply a corrective action to eliminate the nonconformity and improve our QMS. We document all process improvements and retain documented information to ensure adherence to the improved QMS.
